Performance / Growth Marketer (Inbound Lead Generation)

(2–5 years experience)

We are looking for a data-driven Growth Manager (Inbound Lead Generation) who can take full ownership of our lead generation strategy. This role goes beyond just running ads — we need someone who can build, test, optimize, and scale a predictable inbound lead system for our agency.

You will be responsible for driving qualified leads through paid ads, landing pages, funnels, and performance optimization while working closely with our sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Google, Meta, and LinkedIn paid ad campaigns for inbound leads

  • Conduct keyword research, create ad copies, and test different ad variations.

  • Plan and manage ad budgets while monitoring Cost Per Lead (CPL) and ROI.

  • Suggest and improve landing page structure, content, and CTAs for better conversions.

  • Work with the design team to enhance user experience and page performance.

  • Set up and track conversions using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

  • Improve lead quality by coordinating with the sales team and reducing low-intent leads

  • Create, optimize, and improve landing pages to enhance user engagement and conversions.

  • Work closely with the design and development teams to build user-friendly and high-performing web pages.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and provide recommendations for website improvements based on performance, usability, and user behavior.

  • Review existing website pages and suggest changes to improve functionality, design, and conversion rates.
